Matt Le Tissier Natural Coaching launch New Wyvern College Girls Football Project, delivering Professional Football Coaching to Pupils

Matt Le Tissier Natural Coaching are delighted to be working closely with Wyvern College on a New Girls Football Project, where our Coach Jamie Robinson will be delivering Professional Football Coaching to School Pupils of all abilities.

Jamie commenced the Programme yesterday with the aim of giving all Girls attending, the opportunity to develop their Footballing Skills and learn more about the Game through attending a Weekly session on Wednesdays.

Following the recent success with the England Women's Team at the FIFA World Cup in Canada, Jamie looks forward to boosting participation in the Girls Game "Making a Positive Difference" through his Football Coaching within this Project.

Matt Le Tissier Natural Coaching are delighted to be working closely with Toynbee School on a New Project, where our Coaching Team of Francis Benali, Ben Jefford & Joe Partington will be delivering Professional Football Coaching to School Pupils, Boys and Girls, who are interested in developing their Footballing Skills.

On Mondays, MLTNC FA Level 2 Qualified Coach and Welling United FC Player, Ben Jefford and MLTNC Head Coach and ex-Saints Fan Favourite, Francis Benali will be leading the Boys Coaching, providing Professional sessions for the 50 pupils attending. Toynbee have also assigned Student Leader Cam Ross from Year 11 who's passionate about football, to assist the sessions, where he can gain Coaching experience and benefit from working alongside Ben & Fran.

On Wednesdays, MLTNC UEFA B Qualified Coach and Eastleigh FC Player, Joe Partington will be heading up the Girls Coaching, providing Professional sessions. Toynbee have also assigned Student Leader Chloe Perry from Year 9 who would like to pursue a career in Teaching or Coaching, to assist and can hopefully gain some invaluable Coaching experience whilst being mentored by Joe.

We are very excited to have commenced the Project on Monday, where we've already received some positive feedback from the Boys who attended.

We look forward to commencing the Girls Coaching today and "Making a Positive Difference" through our Football Coaching for Toynbee School pupils in the future.

Matt Le Tissier is delighted to welcome Eastleigh FC's Joe Partington & Welling Utd's Ben Jefford to The MLT Natural Coaching Team

As Matt Le Tissier Natural Coaching embarks on a 4th Season, we wish to enhance our MLT Natural Coaching Programme for every player who has been invited to join our “Family”.

We believe that by strengthening our MLT Natural Coaching Team, welcoming Joe Partington, Eastleigh FC and Ben Jefford, Welling Utd, both playing in the Vanarama National League, will have a greater positive influence on our young players, enhancing their natural talent.


After coming through the ranks at Premier League AFC Bournemouth, Joe Partington has found his feet at Eastleigh becoming a key part of the Team's Defence. 

With the ability to play Right Back or Centre Back, Joe is demonstrating that he's a force to be reckoned with at Vanarama National League level and all us at MLTNC hope Joe can help Eastleigh FC achieve promotion to the Football League this season.

Likewise, Ben Jefford is holding his own at Welling United FC, now being a regular starter for the Team and by picking up 4 Man of the Match Awards out of their opening 7 games, proving what an asset he is in the Vanarama National League.





We believe that both these additions to our Coaching Team are fantastic role models for all our Players, and they can give a Professional Player's perspective on the Game as well as buying into Matt's "Playing with Freedom" Philosophy.

“Personal Player Reports”

Once again, Mark Borham, will be working tirelessly throughout our 2015/2016 Training Programme, meeting with all of our Coaching Team, Players and Parents, liaising with Schools to deliver “Personal Player Reports”, which are truly bespoke to each Academy Player.

Mark and the MLT Natural Coaching Team are very keen to increase our communication and support to our Players and Parents, as we play an important part in their development.

Mark has made himself available for 1-1 Meetings and we are looking into utilising our Website to further enhance our commitment to make a positive difference to every Player.

Mark’s role compliments our commitment to provide every player with Professional Football Coaching, with quality Feedback through a Professional Player Appraisal Report.

Our Focus

Over the past 3 Years, Matt and all the MLT Natural Coaching Team have welcomed Southampton FC, AFC Bournemouth and Portsmouth FC in to view or coach our Academy Players in action at Toynbee and 15 Players have made the natural progression from us.

Their feedback has been very positive and highly complimentary on how we are delivering Matt’s Natural Coaching Programme, enhancing & preparing our Player’s for the next level.

Congratulations to MLTNC Coach Jimmy Ball on going full-time with Stoke City Football Club

Everyone at Matt Le Tissier Natural Coaching would like to congratulate Jimmy Ball for becoming a Full-Time Professional Development Phase Coach at Stoke City Football Club.

Jimmy has played a key part at our Monday Night Development Centre and Wednesday Academy at Toynbee School, Chandler's Ford where he has worked with all age groups, providing quality coaching that makes a difference.

MLTNC Congratulates Gretna Youth Coach Gavin Reilly on signing Hearts deal

Congratulations to Gavin Reilly, who has just signed for Scottish Premiership side Hearts after a successful campaign with Queen Of The South last year.

MLTNC's Matt, Jody, Sam & Steve met Gavin at the weekend during their trip to Grenta 2008 FC's Youth Academy where he was part of the Coaching Team.

Matt Le Tissier visits Gretna 2008 FC, Scotland, with his MLTNC Coaching Team

Matt Le Tissier along with Jody Rivers, Sam & Steve Phillips visitied Gretna 2008 FC on Saturday 20th June, and spent the afternoon with Gretna Youth Football Academy before attending a Sports Evening hosted by Gretna FC (2008) at the Shepherds Inn, Carlisle. 

Matt spent 3 hours on the pitch joining in the MLTNC Coaching sessions, teaching them skills and passing on his knowledge to over 70 boys & girls assisted by the Coaches from the Gretna Youth Academy before presenting them all with certificates & medals to mark the occasion. 

Matt posed for photographs and signed autographs before travelling to the Shepherds Inn where he helped to raise money for the Gretna 2008 First Team and gave 250 guests a great Evening's entertainment with some of the most memorable moments of his glittering career. At the end of the evening Matt auctioned a day at the Sky Sports Studio for the Gillette Soccer Saturday Programme where the winning bidder and friend will attend as Matt's guest for the day.

Matt Le Tissier Natural Coaching looks look form a partnership with Gretna 2008 FC in the future with the ultimate aim of making a positive difference in the local community.
