MLTNC Congratulates Gretna Youth Coach Gavin Reilly on signing Hearts deal

Congratulations to Gavin Reilly, who has just signed for Scottish Premiership side Hearts after a successful campaign with Queen Of The South last year.

MLTNC's Matt, Jody, Sam & Steve met Gavin at the weekend during their trip to Grenta 2008 FC's Youth Academy where he was part of the Coaching Team.

Matt Le Tissier visits Gretna 2008 FC, Scotland, with his MLTNC Coaching Team

Matt Le Tissier along with Jody Rivers, Sam & Steve Phillips visitied Gretna 2008 FC on Saturday 20th June, and spent the afternoon with Gretna Youth Football Academy before attending a Sports Evening hosted by Gretna FC (2008) at the Shepherds Inn, Carlisle.

Matt spent 3 hours on the pitch joining in the MLTNC Coaching sessions, teaching them skills and passing on his knowledge to over 70 boys & girls assisted by the Coaches from the Gretna Youth Academy before presenting them all with certificates & medals to mark the occasion.

Matt posed for photographs and signed autographs before travelling to the Shepherds Inn where he helped to raise money for the Gretna 2008 First Team and gave 250 guests a great Evening's entertainment with some of the most memorable moments of his glittering career. At the end of the evening Matt auctioned a day at the Sky Sports Studio for the Gillette Soccer Saturday Programme where the winning bidder and friend will attend as Matt's guest for the day.

Matt Le Tissier Natural Coaching looks look form a partnership with Gretna 2008 FC in the future with the ultimate aim of making a positive difference in the local community.

Congratulations to Matt Le Tissier NC coach Ben Jefford on signing new deal with Welling FC

Congratulations to our very own MLTNC coach Ben Jefford on signing a new deal with Vanarama Conference Premier side Welling United F.C. for next season.

Ben has been heavily involved in MLTNC Community work within local schools as well as coaching at one of our Hampshire based Football Development Centres at Wyvern College and Academy at Toynbee School, delivering high-quality sessions.

Ben is FA Level 2 Qualified and available to be booked for Youth Team Football Coaching.

Fantastic afternoon at Shakespeare Infant School hosting inter-School Football Tournament with Fair Oak Infants

This afternoon, Matt Le Tissier Natural Coaching's trio of coaches Sam, Travis & Ben enjoyed assisting a friendly inter-school football competition hosted at Shakespeare between two fantastic local schools, the hosts & Fair Oak Infant School.

It was great to see 5-minute 5-a-side games played in great spirit as both sides provided A, B and C teams who all superbly represented their Schools, doing their teachers proud.

It was also great to see the Fair Oak Infant School children trying out some of the skills we'd taught them through our partnership with running their Lunchtime-time Football Club as well as After-School Professional Coaching at our Development Centre.

Great support was evident throughout the afternoon, with the encouragement and enthusiasm from staff from both Schools getting involved to make it a great environment for the children to play.

It was a pleasure to be invited to play a part in this event and to watch and referee football being contested fairly in the sunshine, seeing some very good play and goals from both Schools.

"A huge well done to our fantastic footballers! We played lots of 5 a side games against Fair Oak Infant school. All of the children from both schools were superbly behaved and we had a fantastic afternoon. We won some games, drew some games and lost a few. In the finals we drew both games. Well done to all!!"
